Corenoise Reduction in Aeroengines

RECORD - Research on COrenoise ReDuction

LFM CONTRIBUTION (industrial partners: AVIO, TURBOMECA,
SNECMA, RRD, RRUK, ITP, ecc.)

      1. Provide turbine unsteady flow field at different operating point to support unsteady numerical simulations for noise radiation and propagation

      2. Experimental simulation of turbine-combustor aeroacoustic interaction: characterization of temperature (entropy) and pressure disturbances at turbine inlet and their effects on the turbine aerodynamics and aeroacoustics
